To file a DMCA notice, please provide the following information:
- Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
- Identification of the material that you claim is infringing your copyrighted work, including the URL(s) where the infringing material is located.
- Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.

Counter-Notice
If you believe that your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to our DMCA agent. The counter-notice must include the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in the district where your address is located or, if outside the United States, the judicial district in which LinkedFam is located, and that you will accept service of process from the party who provided the original DMCA notice.
Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA, we will terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright law.
